1. Scope

Orbix Online provides customised digital marketing, creative, advertising, content-production and website services. This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to Orbix Online unless a signed quotation, proposal or service agreement provides different terms.

2. Before work starts

If a client has paid an amount for a service that has not yet started, they should contact us promptly at grow@orbixonline.com. Any refund will be assessed against the agreed scope, work already performed, committed third-party costs and applicable law.

3. After work starts

Because our services can involve reserved production time, strategy, design, editing, shooting, campaign setup or other work performed specifically for a client, amounts attributable to work already completed or non-cancellable commitments may not be refundable, subject to the written agreement and applicable law.

4. Deliverables and revisions

Revision limits, approval stages, delivery formats and ownership are governed by the relevant quotation or service agreement. A disagreement about creative preference does not automatically create a refund entitlement where the agreed deliverables have been supplied.

5. Advertising spend and third-party charges

Advertising spend paid directly to Meta, Google or another third party is separate from Orbix Online's service fee and is generally subject to that provider's own refund rules.

6. How to request a refund

Email grow@orbixonline.com with your name/business, invoice or payment reference, service purchased, amount paid and reason for the request. We will review the request against the applicable agreement and law.

7. No waiver of statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Important

For recurring monthly packages and larger projects, the signed quotation or service agreement should contain clear payment milestones, cancellation notice, refund treatment, revision limits and deliverable acceptance terms. This policy should not be treated as a replacement for that contract.
